So you just rocked the triathlon? Awesome. You should celebrate. And so should your family and friends. And you should celebrate in the midst of a full-on party - what we are calling "Après Epic."

We will have product vendors giving away schwag, great food, a beer garden, and other exciting elements. The party will take place on the beach, right there at the finish, on the South Boston waterfront. And we have a bunch of surprises in store for you.

Burritos By Chipotle - Can you think of anything more delicious after your race than a freshly made Chipotle Burrito, served on the beach? Neither can we. You will probably smell them being cooked up as you run by the L Street Bathhouse!

Beach music – What better way to keep the energy high and enjoy your endorphin rush than with some smooth reggae in the summer on the waterfront. The music starts as the race winds down and goes into the afternoon. The Urban Epic Boston is taking on a Beach Party theme, so don't forget your flip flops...

Vendor Expo - Check out all of the great sponsors and local vendors set up in and around the finish area. They have each been chosen because they match up to the Epic lifestyle and have some cool, cutting edge products and services to share.

Beer Garden - Let's talk recovery. What is better than a frosty carb-loaded beverage to help cap off a solid workout? Come check out the beer garden to enjoy some delicious microbrews and swap stories with your fellow racers. Must be 21+ to enter.

Sustainability Education - Want to know what carbon offsets are? Ever wonder where biofuels really come from? Swing by the Eco-Epic area to learn about all the amazing things that are being done to keep the Urban Epic as low impact as possible and what we are doing to make Beantown into Greentown.

An Awesome Awards Ceremony - Don't skip out on this one! We will be giving away some very cool and unique prizes, including a New England Pass (good for a season of skiing and riding at Sunday River, Sugarloaf, and Loon), and Burritos for a Year from Chipotle! Also, City Sports is giving prizes to some of the top finishers in each of the neighborhoods where they have a location.
