Also, the 2009 Urban Epic Boston will be one of the greenest events on the East Coast, and your participation makes that possible. It isn't cheap to "go green", but we are not sparing any expenses in our quest to minimize our environmental footprint. Check out the current List of Entrants to see who you are competing against! Entry Refund Policy: Because of the large costs associated with putting on the Urban Epic Boston, we cannot give refunds for this event. However, if you are registered and cannot race, you may be able to transfer your entry to another event or another participant. Please contact race management. There are no transfers of bib numbers without written approval from race management. If you give your number to another athlete without permission, that athlete will be removed from the event and you could both face legal action (which none of us want!). American Cancer Society Charity Runner Program The 2009 Urban Epic Boston will be hosting the Charity Runner Program, which is a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. If you would like to race for a cause, please get in touch with ACS about Charity Runner. Participants are provided expert coaching and training support, as well as the comraderie of the other Charity Runners. It is a wonderful organization and a great way to experience the Urban Epic.. |
