So you just kicked butt in the triathlon? Awesome. You should celebrate. And so should your family and friends. And you should celebrate in the midst of a full-on party - what we are calling "Apres Epic".
We will have product
vendors giving away schwag, bands rocking, great food, a beer garden, artwork, and other exciting elements. The party will
take place on and near the Maine State Pier, right there at the finish, in the heart of the Old Port.
When: As the triathlon winds down (approx 10:30am)
Live music – Local musicians take the stage and rock the warehouse! What better way to keep the energy high than with a live band jamming out in the summer on the waterfront. The music starts at 11:00am and goes into the afternoon.
Vendor Expo - Check out all of the great sponsors and local vendors set up in and around the finish area. They have each been chosen because they match up to the Epic lifestyle.
A Disc
Jockey will be spinning from inside the transition area. A remix of classic favorites and new hits will give you the rush you need to get after that run!
Breakdancers – a group of incredibly talented local urban dancers
will be performing throughout the day. You won’t believe your
eyes.
Graffiti art – unique and vibrant art will
be tagged throughout the property as the race is going on
Rock Climbing Wall – test your skills on
a fully functional climbing course
 
A Kids Race - you had your turn, now let the little guys show you what they can do! Starting at East End Beach, kids will compete in a 100 yd swim, followed by a 1 mile run, finishing on the Maine State Pier. More info coming soon!
